How To Use
  1. Wash your hands.

  2. Remove the applicator and pull out the plunger with the red lock.

  3. Take the pessary out of its foil and place it into the open end of the applicator, with the curved side facing down.

  4. Push the plunger in until you hear/feel a click, then remove the red lock.

  5. Lie on your back with your knees bent and gently insert the applicator as far into the vagina as is comfortable.

  6. Hold the applicator at the patterned grip and push the plunger all the way in to release the pessary.

  7. Remove the applicator and dispose of it safely, do not flush it down the toilet.

  • It's generally recommended to use it at bedtime, unless your doctor has told you otherwise.

  • A panty liner can help because the pessary may leave some white/chalky residue as it dissolves.

  • Some residue can be normal. However, if you see pieces of undissolved pessary, contact a doctor or pharmacist.

  • Symptoms should improve within 3 days; if there is no improvement after 7 days, contact your doctor.
