How To Use

Adults aged 18 years and over: Chew 1 piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke.

  • Do not chew it like ordinary chewing gum. Follow the technique below to release the nicotine gradually.

  • Do not swallow the gum.

  1. Chew the gum slowly until you notice a strong taste.

  2. Stop chewing and rest the gum between your gum and cheek.

  3. When the taste fades, chew the gum again.

  4. Repeat this process for around 30 minutes.

  • Most people use 8–12 pieces of gum per day.

  • Do not use more than 1 piece at a time or more than 1 piece per hour.

  • Do not exceed 24 pieces of 2 mg gum in 24 hours.

  • Do not exceed 15 pieces of 4 mg gum in 24 hours.

  • Avoid certain drinks for 15 minutes before using the gum, as they may affect nicotine absorption.

  • After 3 months, gradually reduce the amount of gum you use each day.
