Simply use the mouthspray as directed when you experience a craving. Nicorette QuickMist can be used as part of a structured approach to quitting smoking and is designed to help make the transition away from cigarettes more manageable.
How To Use
For oral use only.
For adults and children aged 12 years and over.
Use 1 spray when you would normally smoke/vape or when you get a craving.
If the craving is still there after a few minutes, use a second spray.
If 2 sprays work, you can use 2 sprays together for future cravings.
Maximum: 2 sprays per dose, 4 sprays per hour, and 64 sprays per day.
Do not inhale while spraying.
Avoid spraying into your eyes. If it happens, rinse your eyes well with water.

are pregnant or breastfeeding,
have ever experienced seizures (fits),
have diabetes,
are taking other medicines such as clozapine, theophylline and ropinirole,
have a stomach/duodenal ulcer, inflammation of the stomach/oesophagus,
have liver or kidney disease,
have an overactive thyroid or a tumour of the adrenal gland.
May initially cause mouth and throat irritation. Contains ethanol.
Stop using the spray and seek medical advice if you experience severe or persistent side effects.
Storage
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the ‘EXP’ date shown on the pack.
Store below 25ºC. Protect from sunlight.
