Feminax Express contains ibuprofen lysine, an anti-inflammatory painkiller that helps relieve period pain and menstrual cramps, so you can feel more comfortable throughout your period.

Dosage

Adults and children 12 years and over:

  • Take 1–2 tablets with water to start.

  • If needed, take 1–2 more tablets every 4 hours.

  • Leave at least 4 hours between doses.

  • Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Ibuprofen

Othher Ingredients: Crospovidone, copovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, Opadry II White (contains polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide E171, macrogol and talc).

Warnings

Do Not Take This Medicine If You:

  • Have or have had a stomach ulcer, bleeding or perforation.

  • Are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin or other painkillers.

  • Have severe kidney, heart or liver failure.

  • Take more than 75 mg of aspirin daily.

  • Are in the last 3 months of pregnancy.

Speak to Your Doctor or Pharmacist Before Use If You:

  • Are elderly.

  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, speak to your doctor before use.

  • Have asthma, allergies or diabetes.

  • Have liver, kidney, heart or bowel problems.

  • Have high blood pressure, high cholesterol or a history of stroke.

  • Have Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE).

  • Take other medicines regularly.

Check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking ibuprofen if you use:

  • Aspirin, blood thinners or other anti-inflammatory painkillers.

  • Medicines for high blood pressure or water retention.

  • Antidepressants or steroids.

  • Medicines for cancer, heart conditions or organ transplants.

  • Lithium, antibiotics or other regular medicines.

Storage

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Do not use this medicine after the ‘EXP’ date shown on the pack.

Store below 25ºC. Protect from sunlight.
