Cura-Heat Period Pain patches are designed to provide gentle, long-lasting heat to help you manage period discomfort, making it easier to carry on with your daily routine.

How To Use
  1. Open the sachet by hand and remove the patch. Do not use scissors.

  2. Peel off the paper backing and stick the patch to the outside of your clothing or underwear over your stomach or lower back.

  3. Do not knead or squeeze the patch.

  4. The patch warms up when exposed to air and reaches its optimal temperature in approximately 30 minutes.

  5. To remove or reposition the patch, peel it off slowly. Do not tear or damage its surface, as the contents may spill and damage your skin or clothing.

  6. After use, dispose of the patch with normal household waste. Do not burn it.

Warnings
  • For external use only. Each patch is for single use.

  • Do not open the sachet until ready to use.

  • Never apply the patch directly to your skin. Stick it to the outside of clothing or underwear as directed.

  • Follow all instructions carefully to avoid burns.

  • Check your skin every hour. Stop using the patch if you notice redness, itching, pain, irritation or blistering.

  • Remove the patch immediately if it becomes uncomfortably hot.

  • Do not use while sleeping, exercising or with other heat sources.

  • Do not use on tights or netted underwear that may expose your skin to the patch.

  • Do not use on any area other than the stomach or lower back.

  • Do not use for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period.

  • Keep the patch uncovered by tight clothing and avoid pressure on it.

  • Do not use on damaged, irritated, swollen, bruised or scarred skin, or open wounds.

  • Do not use with creams, lotions, sprays or other heating products.

  • Do not cut, tear, fold, puncture, microwave or reheat the patch.

  • Keep the patch dry and away from liquids.

  • Do not use on delicate fabrics that may be damaged by the adhesive.

  • Do not use if you are bedridden or prone to skin ulcers.

  • People with diabetes, poor circulation, nerve damage, reduced skin sensitivity, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or skin conditions should seek medical advice before use.

  • Ask your doctor before use if you are pregnant.

  • Do not use on anyone who cannot remove the patch independently.

Storage

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Do not use this medicine after the ‘EXP’ date shown on the pack.

Store below 25ºC. Protect from sunlight.
