Regaine for men is a product used in hereditary hair loss and hair thinning and works best in men who have been losing hair for a short period of time.
Regaine contains an active ingredient called Minoxidil (5%) which promotes hair growth in individuals who have gradual hair loss.
This product cannot be used to treat receding hairlines.

How to use
How do I use Regaine Foam?
Regaine foam is applied directly to the scalp.

How to apply:
1. Wash your hands before applying Regaine foam
2. Ensure both the hair and scalp are dry before applying the foam
3. Dispense a 1g dose onto your fingers – this is equivalent to the volume of half a capful
4. Massage onto the scalp
5. Wash your hands thoroughly

Side effects
As with all medication, minoxidil can cause side effects. Common side effects include:
• Itching or dermatitis
• Headache
• Unwanted non-scalp hair has been reported. It is important to thoroughly wash your hands after application to ensure the foam is not transferred to any other part of your body. If it does transfer, wash the area thoroughly with plenty of water.
Do not use Regaine foam if you:
• Are a woman
• Are under 18 years of age or over 49
• Have sudden or patchy hair loss
• Have other conditions associated with your hair loss
• Have a red, inflamed, irritated, infected, or painful scalp or shaven head
• Suffer from blood pressure issues
• Are using any other medication on your scalp
• Are sensitive to any of the ingredients in this product

Active ingredient: Minoxidil 50mg/g
Inactive ingredients: Ethanol Anhydrous, Purified Water, Butylated Hydroxytoluene (E321), Lactic Acid, Citric Acid Anhydrous, Glycerol, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Polysorbate 60, Propane, Butane, Isobutane
Minoxidil promotes hair growth in 4 ways:
1. Increase blood flow around the hair follicles
2. Reverse miniaturisation of hair follicles
3. Stimulates hair follicle movement from the resting phase to the hair growth phase
4. Extends each hair follicles growth phase
Regaine foam needs to be used consistently for results to become visible. When used twice a day, clinically visible results can be seen as early as 8 weeks.

It is important to keep up the application regimen morning and night so results are visible. Daily use is necessary to maintain results.
Regaine for men foam is designed for men only between, and including, the ages of 18 and 49.
It is not suitable for women and anyone outside of the above age brackets.

If you miss an application or two, continue as normal. Do not use twice as much or double the application.
If you use too much, seek medical advice from your GP or pharmacist. Take the container with you for reference.
If the foam has been accidentally swallowed, you need to go to the hospital immediately.
Regaine MUST NOT be used on any part of the body except the scalp.
One bottle of foam will last 30 days if used twice a day according to the directions.
Yes, hair styling products are suitable to be used alongside Regaine foam. The scalp should be dry when the foam is applied so it is best to apply the products after the foam has been used.
