Epaderm Junior Ointment
Epaderm Junior Ointment (yellow soft paraffin 30%, liquid paraffin 65%, emulsifying wax 5%) is an intensely hydrating, 3-in-1 emollient used to treat dry skin, eczema, and psoriasis in children and infants. Formulated without fragrances, preservatives, or colorants, it forms a rich protective barrier over fragile skin to lock in moisture and prevent dehydration. It is available over the counter without a prescription and can be used as a leave-on moisturiser, a bath additive, or a non-drying skin cleanser.

How To Use
As a Leave-On Moisturiser: Apply generously using gentle, downward strokes in the direction of hair growth. Do not rub vigorously, as friction can clog pores and inflame hair follicles (folliculitis).
As a Skin Cleanser: Scoop out a small amount, mix with warm water into a smooth paste, apply over wet skin, and rinse off gently.
As a Bath Additive: Melt a portion in a container of hot water before adding it to the bath. Mix well to ensure even dispersion.
Ingredients
Liquid Paraffin 65%, Yellow Soft Paraffin 30%, Emulsifying Wax (Cetostearyl Alcohol and SLS) 5%.
Warnings
Apply a small amount to a patch of skin and wait 48 hours to check for any reaction before full application.
For external use only. Keep away from naked flames and high heat sources. Clothing, towels, or bedding contaminated with ointment catch fire much more easily.
Exercise extra caution when using during bathing, as paraffin-based ointments make bath and shower surfaces slippery.
Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if the child's skin is weeping, bleeding, or showing signs of infection.
Storage
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the ‘EXP’ date shown on the pack.
Store below 25ºC. Protect from sunlight.
