Panimigrol is a migraine treatment formulated to help relieve the pain and discomfort associated with migraine attacks. It is designed to provide targeted relief when symptoms occur, helping you manage migraine pain and return to your usual activities.

Panimigrol is easy to take and can be used as directed when migraine symptoms begin. Whether you're at home, at work, or away from home, it offers a convenient option for managing migraine symptoms as part of your usual healthcare routine.

Dosage

For headaches:

Take 1 tablet with a full glass of water when your headache pain begins. If needed, you can take another 1 tablet after 4–6 hours.
For more severe headache pain, take 2 tablets with a full glass of water when the pain starts. If required, you can take another 2 tablets after 4–6 hours.
Do not use Panmigrol for headaches for more than 4 days without consulting your doctor.

For migraines:

Take 2 tablets with a full glass of water when migraine symptoms or aura begin. If necessary, you can take another 2 tablets, leaving 4–6 hours between doses.
If your migraine does not improve within 2 hours of taking the first 2-tablet dose, seek medical advice.
Do not use Panmigrol for migraine for more than 3 days without consulting your doctor.

For either headache or migraine treatment, do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. This is equivalent to 1,500 mg aspirin, 1,500 mg paracetamol, and 390 mg caffeine.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin), paracetamol, caffeine.

Other ingredients are: hydroxypropyl cellulose low substitution, cellulose microcrystalline (E460), stearic acid, hypromellose (E464), titanium dioxide (E171), propylene glycol, benzoic acid (E210), carnauba wax (E903)

Warnings

Do not take Panmigrol if you are allergic to aspirin, paracetamol, caffeine, or any of its ingredients.

Do not use if you have or have had a stomach or intestinal ulcer or bleeding problems.

Avoid use if you have severe liver or kidney problems.

Do not take with other medicines containing aspirin, paracetamol, or caffeine.

Do not take with other anti-inflammatory painkillers unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist.

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have asthma, stomach problems, high blood pressure, heart, liver or kidney problems, or a blood-clotting disorder.

Avoid excessive alcohol and caffeine while taking Panmigrol.

Stop taking the medicine and seek medical advice if you experience an allergic reaction, unusual bleeding, severe stomach pain, or breathing difficulties.

Not suitable for children or adolescents under 18 years.

Do not exceed the recommended dose or use for longer than advised.

If your symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Storage

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Do not use this medicine after the ‘EXP’ date shown on the pack.

Store below 25ºC. Protect from sunlight.
