• Adults and children aged 12 and over : take one tablet (120 mg) daily with water before a meal.

• Not suitable for children under 12 years

Pirilieve begins to relieve hay fever symptoms within 1 hour and provides relief for up to 24 hours.

Active Ingredient: fexofenadine hydrochloride 120mg per tablet.

Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, maize starch, povidone, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (E464), titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 400, macrogol 4000, iron oxide yellow (E172) and iron oxide red (E172).

• Do not take Pirilieve Hayfever Relief 120 mg if you are allergic to fexofenadine hydrochloride or any of its ingredients.

• Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you:

  • Have liver or kidney problems

  • Have or have ever had heart disease (this medicine may cause a fast or irregular heartbeat)

  • Are elderly

  • Are unsure whether it is safe for you

• Other medicines:

  • Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or may take any other medicines

  • Effects may be reduced if taken with apalutamide (used to treat prostate cancer)

  • Indigestion remedies containing aluminium or magnesium may reduce absorption

  • Leave at least 2 hours between Pirilieve and indigestion remedies

• Pregnancy and breastfeeding:

  • Do not take unless advised by a doctor

• Driving and using machines:

  • Unlikely to affect your ability

  • Check first as it may cause sleepiness or dizziness in some people

• Sodium content:

  • Contains less than 1 mmol sodium (23 mg) per tablet

  • Essentially sodium-free

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Do not use this medicine after the ‘EXP’ date shown on the pack.
