Pirilieve Tablets provide effective relief from hay fever and allergy symptoms such as:
sneezing
itchy, runny or blocked nose
itchy, red or watery eyes
They work to reduce the body’s allergic response, helping you feel more comfortable during allergy season. Pirilieve offers convenient, fast-acting relief to help manage everyday hay fever symptoms.
Adults and children aged 12 and over : take one tablet (120 mg) daily with water before a meal.
Not suitable for children under 12 years
Pirilieve begins to relieve hay fever symptoms within 1 hour and provides relief for up to 24 hours.
Active Ingredient: fexofenadine hydrochloride 120mg per tablet.
Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, maize starch, povidone, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (E464), titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 400, macrogol 4000, iron oxide yellow (E172) and iron oxide red (E172).
Do not take Pirilieve Hayfever Relief 120 mg if you are allergic to fexofenadine hydrochloride or any of its ingredients.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you:
Have liver or kidney problems
Have or have ever had heart disease (this medicine may cause a fast or irregular heartbeat)
Are elderly
Are unsure whether it is safe for you
Other medicines:
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or may take any other medicines
Effects may be reduced if taken with apalutamide (used to treat prostate cancer)
Indigestion remedies containing aluminium or magnesium may reduce absorption
Leave at least 2 hours between Pirilieve and indigestion remedies
Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
Do not take unless advised by a doctor
Driving and using machines:
Unlikely to affect your ability
Check first as it may cause sleepiness or dizziness in some people
Sodium content:
Contains less than 1 mmol sodium (23 mg) per tablet
Essentially sodium-free
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the ‘EXP’ date shown on the pack.
Store below 25ºC. Protect from sunlight.
