How To Use
Adults and children over 6 years: Insert the inhaler into one nostril while keeping the other nostril closed, then inhale deeply. Repeat in the other nostril.
The inhaler can be used as often as needed.

Camphor 50mg, menthol 125mg, siberian pine needle oil 10mg, methyl salicylate
