Soothe and relieve the discomfort of a sore throat and cough with Strepsils Sore Throat & Cough Lozenges. These lozenges are designed to provide soothing relief from sore throat discomfort while helping to ease coughing.

As the lozenge slowly dissolves in the mouth, its active ingredients are released to help soothe and lubricate the throat. This can help reduce throat irritation and make swallowing more comfortable, while providing relief from the symptoms of a sore throat and cough.

Strepsils Sore Throat & Cough Lozenges offer a convenient and pleasant way to soothe an irritated throat throughout the day.

Dosage

Adults, children over 6 years and the elderly: Take one lozenge every 2–3 hours, up to a maximum of 12 lozenges in 24 hours.

Remove one lozenge from the foil blister packaging and replace the blister in the cardboard carton.
Place the lozenge in your mouth and allow it to dissolve slowly.
Do not chew or swallow the lozenge whole.
This medicine is not recommended for children under 6 years.
If symptoms persist, do not improve, or get worse after 3 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
This medicine is for short-term use only.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients : 2,4-Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2mg, Amylmetacresol 0.6mg

Other Ingredients: Liquid sucrose, Liquid glucose (containing Wheat Starch (containing Gluten) and Sulphites – Sulphur Dioxide (E220)), Tartaric acid, Eucalyptus oil (containing d-Limonene), Indigo carmine (E132).

Warnings

Do not take this medicine if you:

Are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Are under 6 years old.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you:
Are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including those bought without a prescription.
Have or have had any other throat problems.
If you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding.

Storage

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Do not use this medicine after the ‘EXP’ date shown on the pack.

Store below 25ºC. Protect from sunlight.
