Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray
Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray helps provide relief from a blocked, stuffy or runny nose caused by colds and other nasal congestion. Its dual-action formula works in two ways, it helps clear nasal congestion by reducing swelling inside the nose, while also helping to reduce a runny nose. This can make it easier to breathe comfortably when you're suffering from a cold.

How To Use
Adults and children over 18 years: One spray in each nostril, up to 3 times a day.
Before the first application, prime the pump by pressing it 5 times until a fine mist appears. If the spray has not been used for 6 days or more, prime the pump again.
Clear your nose by blowing it gently.
Hold the bottle upright with your thumb under the bottle and the nozzle between two fingers.
Bend your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
Spray once and breathe in gently through your nose at the same time.
Repeat the process for the other nostril.
After use, clean the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the protective cap.
Do not exceed 3 applications per day in each nostril.
Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. If symptoms persist after 7 days, speak to a doctor.

Active Ingredients: Xylometazoline Hydrochloride: 0.5 mg/ml, Ipratropium Bromide: 0.6 mg/ml
The other ingredients (excipients) are: Disodium Edetate, Glycerol (85%), Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Hydrochloric Acid
Warnings
Do not use Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray if you:
Are allergic to xylometazoline hydrochloride, ipratropium bromide, atropine, hyoscine or any of the other ingredients.
Have recently had brain surgery through your nose or mouth.
Have narrow-angle glaucoma.
Have severe dryness and inflammation inside your nose (rhinitis sicca).
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Otrivine Extra Dual Relief if you:
Have high blood pressure, heart problems, an overactive thyroid, diabetes or an enlarged prostate.
Have a rare adrenal gland condition called phaeochromocytoma.
Have cystic fibrosis or problems with how your bowel works.
Have difficulty passing urine.
Take certain antidepressants, including MAOIs or tricyclic antidepressants, or other medicines that can increase blood pressure.
Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or think you may be pregnant.
Not suitable for those under 18 years.
Storage
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the ‘EXP’ date shown on the pack.
Store below 25ºC. Protect from sunlight.
