Benylin Chesty Cough Non Drowsy
Benylin Chesty Coughs Non-Drowsy is designed to relieve chesty coughs and help clear mucus from the chest. Its formula contains guaifenesin, an expectorant that helps loosen and thin phlegm, making it easier to cough up and helping to clear bronchial congestion. It also contains levomenthol, which helps ease congestion and makes breathing feel easier.

Dosage
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take two 5 ml spoonfuls four times a day.
Do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
Ingredients
Active Ingrdients: Guaifenesin 100 mg, Levomenthol 1.1 mg.
Other Ingrdients: Liquid glucose, sucrose, ethanol, sodium, E124, E211.
Warnings
Do not use this medicine if:
You are allergic or have previously had a bad reaction to any of its ingredients.
You have had a cough for several weeks, particularly if it may be related to asthma or produces a lot of phlegm.
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use if:
You have liver or kidney problems.
You have asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, or a persistent cough that produces phlegm.
You have difficulty passing urine or have prostate problems.
You may have narrow-angle glaucoma.
You have an intolerance to certain sugars.
You are using other medicines containing diphenhydramine, including creams, ointments or gels.
You take other medicines such as opioid painkillers, antidepressants, anticholinergic medicines, tranquillisers, sleeping tablets or antipsychotics.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby.
Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine.
Storage
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the ‘EXP’ date shown on the pack.
Store below 25ºC. Protect from sunlight.
