Usage & Instructions

Recommended for Adults and Children over 12 years of age: take ONE tablet per day with your meal. 

Tablet can be broken in half if needed along the special break-line for easier swallowing. 

Swallow with water or a cold drink. 

Not to be chewed. 

To be taken on a full stomach.
