Cetirizine is a non-drowsy anti-histamine making it ideal for those who want to ease their symptoms without feeling drowsy. 

How to take

The usual dose to treat seasonal allergies for adults is one tablet (10mg) taken once daily. For children aged 6-12 they should take half a tablet (5mg) twice a day.

Cetirizine can be taken with or without food, swallowed without chewing/crushing with a glass of water.

It is best to take cetirizine first thing each morning, starting your regimen of anti-histamine before your symptoms appear. 

Side effects and Cautions
