Woodward's Gripe Water is an alcahol and sugar free solution wchich has a dual action effect helping to relieve your baby from symptoms of colic. This product contains two active ingredients, Dill seed oil and Sodium bicarbonate, which work together to bring a rapid relief from bloating, wind, gripe, abdominal pain and dsicomfort and breaks down trapped air bubbles helping them to pass trapped wind.

Dill Seed Oil warms and relaxes the tummy, breaking down trapped air bubbles whilst Sodium Bicarbonate neutralises acid in the baby's tummy.

Suitable for babies from 1 month old

How to use

This medicine is only for babies from 1 to 12 months old.
Shake well before use.

1-6 months old: One 5mL spoonful.
6-12 months old: Two 5mL spoonfuls.

Give during or after a feed.
Do not use more than 6 times in 24 hours.
Allow two hours before administering other medicinal products, where possible.

If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
If you give your baby too much of this medicine, speak to a doctor or pharmacist at once.

Side effects & Cautions

There currently aren’t any known side effects of Woodward’s Gripe Water. However, every medication can cause side effects. If your child experiences any side effects whilst using or after using this product, stop use immedietely and speak to your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible. 


Not suitable for those older than 12 months.
Do not give to babies with kidney roblems.
Do not give if your baby is allergic to any of the ingredients.
This product is alcahol, sugar and colour free. 
You should carefully read all product packaging and labels before using product.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients (Each 5ml spoonful contains): Terpeneless dill seed oil 2.3mg/5ml. Sodium hydrogen carbonate 52.5mg/5ml.
Other ingredients: Maltitol liquid, glycerol, sodium salts of esters of p-hydroxybenzoic acid (E215, E217 and E219), disodium edetate, propylene glycol and purified water.
