When using the NeilMed sinus refill, always ensure that you use distilled water, filtered water through a 0.2-micron filter for nasal irrigation, and or sterilized water overall. 

How to use

Conducting the process once in the morning and again in the evening. Specifically 1 hour before bed. When combining the mixtures, do not use tap water for dissolving the substances. If however, you have no other options, you can use tap water as long as it was previously boiled for more than 5 minutes. this is because the boiling water has become sterilized. You will see an immediate difference the first or second time you complete the process. 

Side effects & Caution

Don't use a sinus rinse when your ears have been blocked or infected or if you've undergone an ear operation.

Please be aware that using water to rinse your nasal passages will cause an intense burning sensation. Never rinse with ordinary water unless it is sterilized for more than 5 minutes. Always read the instructions and use the NeilMed sinus rinse mixture packets when rinsing out your congested nasal passageways.
